Tom Ware
After the death of a colleague to suicide, Tom set up Just Talk Agriculture – a page dedicated to helping those within the agricultural industry who are struggling.
Having worked overseas, he has seen first-hand the struggles and hardships farmers face, not just within the UK.
Managing the social media pages and posting content Tom is always looking for new ways to portray the message that "it is ok not to be ok".
"If Just Talk Agri makes the difference to one persons life then I feel we have achieved what we set out to do"
Michael Wilkinson
Michael has been part of the team from the very start, helping with events, social media, and much more!
His love and passion for farming saw him attend Riseholme College in Lincolnshire, as well as travel to New Zealand to operate machinery for two seasons, coming home in between to work on the family farm.
Michael’s can-do attitude helps him thrive in supporting others and offering help to those who might need it.
Michael holds the role of Social Executive, planning shows and events as well as creating social media content.
Kyle Reville
Kyle joined in 2025 after filming content for the social media pages. Kyle hopes to help break the stigma around mental health and encourage open conversations among farmers and rural workers. His involvement reflects a genuine commitment to supporting others, raising awareness, and promoting the message that it’s okay to talk and vital to listen.
Based in Scotland, Kyle hopes to widen the audience and bring new perspectives to the initiative.
Harvey Holehouse
Harvey was a key part of Just Talk Agriculture, tragically taken too early in a road traffic accident.
His true passion and enthusiasm were central to his work in helping others.
Having attended agricultural college with Tom in Nottinghamshire, they worked closely together to support people and make the industry a safer environment for those who might be struggling.
His love and kind heart will never be forgotten, and Just Talk Agri will forever remember him and carry his legacy with us.
